Algoa has always been known for setting our quality standards high, and we have a metrology laboratory that is set up to support that ethic.

We have the following Quality Control capabilities in-house:

• Calibration of vernier callipers, micrometres, dial indicators, feeler gauges etc.
• Calibration of oilfield equipment such as ID and OD drifts, Go / No-go gauges, ring gauges etc.
• A selection of API 7-2 master gauges to perform in-house calibration of API 7-2 working gauges;
• Capability to measure complex profiles and contours with maximum precision, with our Mitutoyo PV5100 Profile Projector providing up to 100 times magnification.
